About Me

Hello, my name is Brittney Roblero, and I am a 29 year old Florida native living life in New England. I got married in May 2024, so if you’re wondering where Traudt’s Two Cents came from, that’s my maiden name! With a name that good, I just couldn’t give it up.
I have always felt myself to be a writer, and ever since I was young it has always been that way. Whether I was writing notes in school, apology notes to my mom for talking back, releasing emotions through poems, or blogging my travels, it has followed me throughout my life. I’ve always found writing to be the best freedom of expression. You can write whenever and whatever you want that gets your thoughts and feelings out. Whether I was angry, upset, or happy, I always found myself writing.
I am a self-published author of multiple children’s books, including the Adventures of Shelly and Coco series. This series is inspired by trips I’ve taken as part of my New Year New Place goal, a goal I made myself when I turned 20. You can read about those under New Year New Place in the Blogs tab.
I’ve also published a highly requested Budget Journal after paying off over half of my student loans since graduating college in 2018. To read about that journey, visit Money Talk under the Blogs tab.
This blog may be scrambled at times, but at the end of the day, it’s just my thoughts and experiences. I mainly write about my travels, however I also write about life events, my annual homeless care package project, hot topics of discussion, and really anything else that’s on my mind. Welcome to my public journal! 🙂
